do not use Sharma Transports

Executive summary - I fond the Sharma Transport people to be unfriendly, uncaring about their customers and plain out liars. Do not use their bus service.

On 21st December, I had made a trip to Pondicherry. I had booked a ticket in the Sharma Transports (Bangalore) bus for this journey. When the bus reached, we saw that the bus is a derelict piece of junk. Some of the seats were missing, there were holes in the roof and there were rats in the luggage cabinet. The passengers who were there in the bus told us that the driver was extremely rude. When one of the passengers had complained about the seats and the rats, the driver told him that the passenger was quite welcome to leave the bus.

All the passengers refused to board the bus and we called a policeman to the Sharma Transport's office. After around 2 hours of arguing, they arranged a different bus for us.

It looks like this is their common mode of operation. They oversell their buses and hope that the passengers would not create a fuss. If you are planning a trip, avoid Sharma Transport at all cost.

Your English grammar itself states that you are fond of Sharma transports; not that you found Sharma transports! Even then you wouldn't find them; they are all around - being key players in their field.

With several thousand satisfied clients since the 60's; an error is possible - and the error was rectified.

It's not like you had to use another service provider.

We go as far as tracking IP addresses to locate dissatisfied customers and utilize such experiences to develop an even more efficiently managed network

Even I found Sharma transport is very careless in handling customers. It is not very important to point the English or grammar mistakes here as English is not your mother tongue.

I received a parcel thro your Sharma transport, but I felt the way your office responds (even the language they use) to inquiries does not reflect your experience in this field. I wish you consider my comments and try to improve your service.

It was good to go through your experiences, as they really help the strangers to know the bus services in that particular part of country. In today fast communicating world, people & commuters are becoming aware of these experiences and this helps to take a better decision.
